Whether you walk the campus on your own to admire Rice's unique architecture or come with a group and follow a campus guide, a Rice campus tour is a memorable experience.

Prospective Students

Students grades 9-12 should contact the Office of Admission to join one of the regularly scheduled admission orientation sessions and student-led campus tours.

Elementary & Middle School Groups
and Adult & Community Groups

Campus tours for groups of 40 or fewer visitors are offered at 10 a.m. Monday through Saturday by the Rice University Welcome Center. Because we rely on volunteer availability to conduct our tours, we regret that we cannot accommodate groups larger than 40 for these regularly scheduled tours. Available campus tour times do fill up quickly, so please plan your tour a minimum of two weeks in advance. School groups may also wish to take advantage of our free interactive classroom activities.
